How We Work Together
First steps...
The first, and most important step is the “Gettanoya’ phase. A brief call where we simply just get to know each other. Chemistry is critical, and we want to be sure we are capable of serving each other's needs.
Either immediately or soon after, we will progress to the planning phase. Nothing is left to chance - we codify the exact needs, expectations, and vision of your engagement.
We can tailor your engagement how ever you see fit (within reason, of course)
And then...
We solidify working parameters, as well as any additional deliverables and associated timelines in a formal agreement/contract.
Once signed by both parties, the fun can begin! FYI - The signing timeline is whatever you need it to be. Some engagements can be formalized & signed quickly; others involving Procurement Departments and such can take longer. Understanding and Patience will be part of our mutual process!

With the contract in place, we exchange deliverables and work items as specified to meet our mutually agreed upon deadlines for the Engagement.
As agreed upon, we complete the Engagement and CELEBRATE!
